Urgemütliche und blitzsaubere Wohnung, weit genug im Zentrum um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und reichlich ausgestattet um sich richtiges Essen zu kochen.

Leuke karakteristieke woning met prachtige entree op goede locatie.
Je moet ‘s nachts wel tegen wat geluid kunnen ivm de kroeg aan de overkant van de straat.

Mooi en kleurrijk afgewerkt (wanden, vloer), veel ruimte, goede en complete (keuken)uitrusting, leuke inrichting (mix van nieuw en oud meubilair), fijne bedden. Goed contact met de verhuurder, centrale ligging, makkelijk bereikbaar (eerste verdieping).
Ontbreken van rolluiken op een van de slaapkamers, waardoor ‘s morgens te licht. Ligging tegenover lawaaiige club. Verzamelplek van (zeer) laat en luidruchtig uitgaanspubliek, ook met ramen en luiken dicht was slapen op vrijdag en zaterdagavond niet te doen. Vooral met kleine kinderen afrader.
