Great location, house is comfortable and has everything you need. The only reason why we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the master bedroom is located directly near the front door & garage entrance. It's quite noisy when people are going in/out from your group. We were traveling with a baby so that was a big deal to us. The main part of the home is located on the 2nd floor.

Great place to stay to move in your college student and also if you want to be able to walk down to the beach or if you want to walk to restaurants etc.. great location and a wonderful neighborhood!!
