One carport that fits a mid-size SUV since our neighbors park a mid-size SUV next to us. It is 20 feet long x 11 feet wide to the neighbor's car. However, there is street parking available for over-sized SUVs.

City of Newport Beach Rules, Section 5.95.045, provide the following conditions:
No rentals to parties under the age of 25.
No amplified sound or reproduced sound allowed outside or audible outside or audible from the property line between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Guests are responsible for all activities occurring on the property and may be cited for creating a disturbance.
