Salty Sister condo/boutique condo/hotel is a unique home design well suited to host a couple's getaway, a family vacation, or a large group gathering. Suites can conveniently be combined to meet your needs for multi-generational family reunions, wedding groups, and corporate and club events.
Most suites offer Morro Bay rock and bay views. Sit back and watch the fishing boats depart early morning and return with their daily catch. Located on Front Street, next to the Maritime Museum, Salty Sister is ideally situated. It is close to the Embarcadero, surf and recreational areas. Easy walk to shops and several dining options. Or, take a more brisk walk around Morro Bay Rock or on the beach. Paddle board, kayak in the bay or join-up with surfers at several nearby favorite surf locations.
This listing is for three suites, each with a private entrance, that open to one another creating a stunning 2,500 sf living space. This vacation rental includes:

* A full kitchen with chef grade appliances, dinner and cookware for 12
* A kitchenette with additional dining
* 3 large bathrooms with walk-in showers
* 3 living rooms each with a queen sleeper sofa, SmartTV with basic cable channel lineup, Sonos Beam with Alexa to stream your favorite music tunes
* Game room equipped with a 65" SmartTV and SONOS beam, Fusball table and board games
*2 laundry centers
* Access to the roof deck with a fire table and seating for 6
* Access to common area with a natural gas BBQ and Adirondak deck chairs
* Slaty Sister suites, including a handicap lift to the building.
Pricing is based on 6 occupants. Each occupant over 6 has additional fee per night. Children over age 2 are considered an occupant.

1. Can I rent the full complex. Yes. The suites open to common patios and were designed to seamlessly add living and sleeping accommodations based on group size and other needs. When the full complex is rented, renter gets two 2,500+sf units with private use of the roof decks, full access to common areas and natural gas BBQ.
2. Can I rent half the complex. Yes. The right and left sides of the complex are a mirror image. Specific units must be rented to have access to the roof top deck
3. Are there "lock-off" doors between suites. Yes. Each suite has private entrance, living and sleeping rooms. Or, when doors are open the space flows between suites making a large beach house. Note, the two 2,500+ sf mirrored units are only connected via the patios and roof decks (no interior door connection).
4. Are there Morro Bay rock and bay views. Yes! Gorgeous panoramic views from four suites.
5. Is there AC in the units? Yes, there is AC and heat in each suite.
6. Are there fireplaces in the units? Yes. The two largest suites have fireplaces.
7. Where is the game/media room located? The game/media room is part of the largest suite rental. This is a separate suite with a private side door entrance. The suite is a half-basement unit, has a master bedroom, and game/media room with queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom and laundry center.
8. Are the partial basement units (game/media room) dark? The half-basement suites do not have views like the other suites; however, there are three west facing windows that provide natural light.

We rented out half of Salty Sisters. It was a perfect way for us to enjoy Morro Bay with our adult children. The units were immaculate and was well stocked. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to help us in any way that we needed. But we really need to talk about the star of the show which is the location and the view. I really can’t think of a better place to stay in Morro Bay. I would never hesitate to recommend this location.!

Beginning with terrific Seven Sisters office interaction to the incredible stay, this property was absolutely awesome! Beautifully decorated, awesome location, amenities galore...we could not have been happier with our stay. We actually had all three suites for our family which was a great way to have our family gathering.

Our family rented the entire left half of the house (all 3 units), and we had plenty of room to spread out for 4 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean, nicely decorated, had comfy beds in the bedrooms, and the views of Morro Rock from the living areas (and the rooftop) were beautiful. We were able to walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, and piers (to view the sea lions), and it was an easy drive to other activities North (Hearst Castle) and South (Pismo Beach) of Morro Bay. After 5 nights, we were all refreshed. Seven Sisters were super helpful from answering all my questions while booking and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and we would also use Seven Sisters to find a rental house elsewhere. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Overall the vacation home was okay. A few things required attention including: We are unable to run the dishwasher, the problem was reported to your office and no resolution was provided during our stay.Garbage can lid is broken, the problem was reported and picture sent.The ice machine in the refrigerator was not functioning and brought to the attention to your office.The plug unit in the game room where the Keurig coffee maker was plugged did not workThe wifi was not operating and was reported. The office did not provide a timely update and a signal was re-established after 6pm.The air conditioner did not work in the main unit bedroom, main living area. The air conditioner in the other 2 units worked just fine.The change water filter light is on for the refrigerator.
