**Summer Upgrade - New Louvres over decking providing all round outdoor living to take advantage of the views** Sitting proud on top of the hill, this spacious family friendly holiday home overlooks Russell township with water views across to Paihia and Waitangi. Relax with the whole family or with a group of friends at this peaceful place to stay. With Long Beach a short walk down the hill and town a short distance, there is plenty to see and do.
Spacious living areas with various seating to allow you to enjoy your morning coffee with a view, or your afternoon drink as you watch the sun set.
The house has a very flexible and versatile layout catering for up to two families or a group of friends.
The main/top floor has a large open plan living area with two living spaces and an excellent indoor outdoor flow to the deck. There is an open plan dining and kitchen area with all living spaces having excellent water and bush views plus a warm northerly aspect. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the first floor together with Bathroom 1.
There is a basement garage with internal access with table tennis table and dart board, plus numerous board games for adults and kids upstairs. The lower level has the third guest bedroom and a bunkroom plus a second bathroom and laundry.
The property is well located to Russell township with many great restaurants, cafes, boutique retail shops and typical essentials including a fully stocked Four Square superette. A great spot to explore the renowned Bay of Islands.
Located nearby is a public walkway providing direct access down to the beautiful Long Beach illustrated in the photos.

We were meant to be 6 adults and 4 children but circumstances reduced our numbers. But we continued with this booking and were so glad we did. The place looks smallish from the road but it is a very good size inside with everything you could need (except a clothes dryer - which doesn't seem to be a Kiwi thing). We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back with the full family group.
