About this house rental
Property of 205 m2, on a large enclosed park with trees over 3,000 m2. Tranquility, for this building of character, located 800 m from the sea, with bird's eye view and clear view on the bay of Saint-Brieuc.
Shops, hypers, cinemas, restaurants, bowling, ice rinks, swimming pools are located at distances between 1 km (town) and at most 5 kms.
The beautiful footpath, pedestrian (GR34) allows to discover on one side, the ornithological nature reserve of the bay, its museum (brickyard), the dunes of Bon Abri, then on the other side (to the west), the beach of Valais, the port of Légué, the cliffs of Roselier and the beaches of Martin and Rosaires (long beach, also accessible in 10 min by car).
For sports and nature lovers, many hiking and mountain biking trails allow you to discover Saint-Brieuc and its valleys (Douvenant, Gouédic) and the chaos of the Gouët river with its granite blocks and its dam.
Ideally located to discover all or part of the coast of Brittany:
In the west: the pink granite coast at Perros Guirec (50 kms), island of Bréhat
To the east: Val André and Les Sables d'Or (beaches & casinos), Cap Frehel, Fort la Latte, Dinard St-Malo (70 kms), Mont St-Michel (110 kms) or a trip to Jersey and Guernsey ( UK).

une grande propriété où chacun a pu trouver sa place et même s'isoler si besoin. un calme+++, un accueil charmant, et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour! Seul bémol peut-être: les matelas des chambres d'adultes à l'étage laissent sentir leurs ressorts!
Mais en partant de la maison, chacun avait un peu le cafard. Mr Chevalier , qui nous a accueillis et les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants. franchement, nous recommandons cette grande maison.
