Welcome to El Monte and Thank You for choosing our cozy and
beautiful home. You will have access to the entire private house.
This home is located in the friendly quite and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte. It is close to multiple main freeways. Just 25 miles to Universal Studio, 28 miles to Disneyland, 18 miles to downtown LA, and 34 miles to LAX. There are numerous of restaurants and groceries nearby.
The space
This home is a newly renovated single house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with new furnitures, central air, and fully equipped kitchen .
This home contains 2 parking spaces and plenty of street parking.
Street sweeping is on Tuesday.
There are two units on the lot. You will be staying in the front unit.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire front unit

- Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel.
Please treat the space with respect.
- Please no partying in the house
- No loud noise after 10pm
- Pet is not allowed.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING cigarettes/ Marijuana anywhere in our house or near our the property.
- Smoking is prohibited in our property. Please respect our rules. We have the right not to host you if you smoke in our property. Thank you for understanding.
- There are cameras outside of the property for you security and to ensure the property's state
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7

Great spot for our family Thanksgiving! The place was spotless, the location was convenient, and the AC/heating worked perfectly. Hana was a great host—very responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen had plenty of plates and cookware for our meals, which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

Hana was a great host! Place was clean and tidy. Only suggestion is the couch for a bedding sleeping spot. Other than the house was nice and clean! The area is great.

Property was clean and the owner checked in to make sure everything was OK and to ask if we needed anything. We only wished that there were televisions in the bedrooms in case anyone wanted to watch something differently or my son wanted to play his game. Beyond that, everything was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable.
