About this apartment rental
This unique place has a style all its own. Comfortable and enjoyable experience, particularly if you are traveling with family or friends.
We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

The dining area is typically a central hub for gathering and enjoying meals together, creating a social atmosphere that is perfect for bonding and creating memories.
We offer a sense of homey comfort that is not always available in hotels or other types of accommodations. It provides ample space for everyone to spread out and relax, while still being able to come together for meals and other activities.

*The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly.

*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)
LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

I enjoyed my 30th Birthday celebration in the city and in the house, it was so cozy & comfortable. We felt like we were at home while staying here at this beautiful home

Our company was working in Altadena after the fires in January so we needed a place to sleep and secure our company tools. The location does have a garage which is helpful. While the accommodations worked well for the crew, there were some cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. After we returned home I reached out to the owner who did apologize and would correct the issues for his future guests.

Leon's place is just as the pictures show. Very clean and the location is excellent! Our two families were in town from Texas to celebrate my daughter's PhD graduation. Leon's communication is outstanding. We would for sure stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

The general location was central to most activities. The compound is safe a d parking adequate and safe. The aircondition worked excellent.
The general condition of the unit was clean except for the patio area that was a bit dusty.
The kitchen had most ammenities and cleaning appliances.
