Located only a few minutes from several restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, local parks, hiking trails, amusement parks, concert arenas, and more! This home can host several people while also being very accessible to all the local attractions.
Enjoy features such as QUEEN beds, a dedicated workspace for Remote Working, Smart T.V. in the living room, Washer, Dryer, and SPACIOUS Front Yard.

- We have on-site private parking that can fit up to 3 cars.
- Large gated front yard. Perfect for the kids to play and for friends/family to enjoy time outside

- The full kitchen includes pots & pans and essentials needed for cooking, a coffee maker, electric kettle, rice maker, and full fridge.
- Rooms include all ceiling fans to keep it nice and fresh.
- Rooms include blackout drapes so it stays very dark in the morning in case you want to sleep in.
- Rooms include large closet space and hangers for your clothes.
- Living room includes a 65" Smart TV with Netflix
- Living room couch can also turn into a very comfy bed for more guests

My family and I stayed for about 4 days. I love that it was gated and they had cameras. What I didn’t like was that the AC was off when we arrived the house was extremely hot given that it was extremely hot outside and we arrived at night. We traveled all the way from Texas (25 hour drive) we were exhausted and just wanted to rest the first night however it was too hot to do so. I can say though in the morning it was nice and cool only downside is that we had to leave all the bedroom doors open in order for the rooms to stay cool. The area wasn’t too bad there were a few stores really close by and a great taco shop not that far. Don’t get me wrong it was a great stay besides the first night being too hot for us.

I would recommend this place, clean everything you need to enjoy and the neighborhood very quiet, the area accessible to go to the shops, I would definitely return to this place.

Check in was super smooth and easy. Loved the location and the gate in front just to give us a little safety net. The house is older than what the pictures show, all beds were comfortable, house was clean upon arrival and very spacious. A few downsides: we couldn’t use the fans/lights in a couple of rooms as needed, one of the showers was pretty unsafe to stand in, the washer is a lot older and wouldn’t drain correctly, for the amount of people and days I wish we would of been left with more trash bags and toilet paper.. nothing a quick trip around the corner couldn’t take care of though. I can't recommend this properly mostly due to the owner & the poor communication with them, as well as the total lack of cleanliness other things not up to code. The breaker panel & other important things were painted over, the house smelled faintly of smoke all over when we arrived, there were bugs both alive and dead all over the house. the dishes were all dirty and unusable, and we had to buy dish soap and sponges in order to eat. The rules of the house were mostly fair but the host tried to overcharge us extra money after we'd already paid due to our in laws (my wife's brother and his spouse) stopping by one night to see us. All around a weird situation, somewhat rude, fairly dirty: but there were also a well stocked bunch of towels, extra blankets, etc. but overall i would not recommend staying unless it's the only place still available, in which case it'll be okay just be aware.
