Private enclosed patio in front and back for outdoor BBQ and dining. Fully stocked kitchen, board games and some sand toys for the kids. You won’t want to miss this one! Overall the location was great. The property itself is somewhat dated and has a bit of a musty odor, like it needs more regular fresh air coming through. The kitchen, bath and living room were very functional and we didn't lack for any conveniences. The size was good for a family of five. We appreciated the games and beach accessories. If it had a bit more TLC and we would have rated it higher, good not great.
