Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) built in 2006 with with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player, comfortable seating and entrance to balcony overlooking the Necanicum River. Outdoor chairs provided. Master bedroom has a King bed with VIEWS as well plus cable TV and free wireless internet. Master bath has granite counters and shower/tub combo with granite surround as well. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, and dishwasher. Second bedroom has another Queen bed and full bathroom is just off the bedroom access as well. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Gated parking for 2 cars only, no smoking or pets. YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT
Per HOA and Insurance guidelines propane or charcoal grills are no longer allowed at this facility.

This was a great place to stay! Beds were comfy....couch bed was a couch bed....it is a newer one so more comfy than older ones my kids have slept on. Overall felt very clean...i wasnt too confident in the sheets being super clean...but perhaps they were just well worn. Kitchen was pretty well stocked dish wise. Wish they had an ice cream scoop and some plastic wrap. But overall great! I loved how uncluttered the decor was.

All beds were comfortable. Quick driving distance to all things on our agenda. Close to a grocery store. Very well equipped and accommodating!

There is no bbq grill as we were told and as advertised. Housekeeping did not do a through job as there was garage under the beds. There was an electrical cord missing for griddle. No paper towels. Glad I brought my own
