NEW LISTING - Great family home just 2 blocks to the beach access, and a short walk to town with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jetted tub, living and family room. Nice kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils, dishes provided, plus a nice dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Large flat screen TV with cable in living room. One bedroom is downstairs with a full size bed. There is also one full bath downstairs between the kitchen and the additional family/game room. Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom which has a Queen bed, flat screen mounted TV, plus door to the upper level deck, great for sunning! Also upstairs you'll find another Queen bedroom, plus 4th bedroom which has a Full size bed and one Twin bed.
Fireplace is no longer operational as of 11/23/23
Sleeps maximum of 8 people, (9 if one person is age 3 or younger). No smoking, parking for 3 cars parked all in the driveway.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and downtown. Host was very communicative and everything worked well in the house. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, short walk close to beach and aquarium. House was spacious and enough comfortable beds for everyone. Management was very responsive to requests. Would stay again if coming to Seaside.

Overall, it was a good stay. Needs some work on the landscaping as a lot of bushes near the driveway were overgrown and hard to get around. Also some new pots and pans would be nice.

It was ok we.were so excited for a week away, the dining room floor wasnt clean, dirty silverware in the drawer, the bbq was dirty, the stairs are steep, narrow and slick my granddaughter fell down them 3 times and my daughter fell thought she. Broke her foot but didnt. The stairs really need the stair gripper stuff on them. It wasnt 1 min walk to the beach as stated in first description
