About this apartment rental
In a house of character, fully renovated in 2018 in the heart of Berck beach (30m from the street Carnot and 400m from the beach) this beautiful apartment of 120 m2 duplex welcomes you for your summer vacation with family or friends can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Wifi is at your disposal for free
1st floor `(1st level):
- large lounge / living room of 40m2 with kitchen area: tv flat screen, dvd player, wi-fi, internet access, library (provision of dvd / cd / books)
- fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- a large bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200
- a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub
2nd floor:
- 3 bedrooms tastefully decorated: beds (140/200), one with a sofa for 2 additional people, armchairs, cupboards
- a bathroom: shower, sink, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine
Access by the private courtyard equipped with a garden for your apperitif outside.
On request and at no extra charge: baby bed, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products.
ON REQUEST AND WITH SUPPLEMENT: beds made on arrival and provision of towels / gloves / bath mats (20th rate per room (or 2 persons)

We had three generations of family holidaying together the area offered something for all of us everywhere seemed accessible though parking spaces at times were a bit difficult to find.
The house was nice and bright and offered everything that we needed but we were not expecting there to be so many mosquitoes only one of the bedrooms had mosquito netting at the window so be prepared and take repellent with you as after the 1st night we where already bitten so much it didn’t make much difference al in all a great place for an old fashioned family holiday

We stayed in the apartment on the two upper floors which comfortably housed our party of 9 plus our dog. There was everything we needed to cater at the property and plenty of space for us all including an outdoor area.
The property is a 10 minute walk to a long family-friendly beach with the bay of seals nearby, as well as being close to shops.
From Calais, it was about an hour’s drive, so easy to reach, with on street free parking.
The only small thing that would make things easier for a big party would be to have a key code to access the property rather than two sets of keys which we had to co-ordinate the use of or arrange for people to be let in and out when they wanted to go out by themselves but it wasn’t a huge problem at all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were really impressed with this property. The apartments are beautiful and airy, well equipped and each bedroom is a great size with clean, comfortable beds. The apartment is very close to the main shopping street in Berck-plage so great for restaurants, bars, shops and only about 5 minutes to the beach. Berck beach is a lovely, sandy beach and our kids really enjoyed the big wheel and other rides nearby. We parked for free on the street, not directly outside the apartments but not too far away. We would return! Great for a short break within an hour's drive of the channel tunnel.
