About this apartment rental
Perfectly located, right on the water and a few steps from the shops and other activities of the resort, this 37.57m² apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed (dimension 140x190cm).
- An open fitted/equipped kitchen.
- A bedroom with a double bed (dimension 160x200cm).
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The accommodation also has a balcony with sea view and a private overhead parking space in the courtyard of the residence.
In addition, the residence offers direct access to the beach via a private passage!
Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €20.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation rate.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.
