About this apartment rental
On one of the most beautiful beaches in France (6th, according to the Paris Match ranking), on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence (built in 2017) the comfortable “Face Mer pieds dans l'eau” apartment welcomes 2 to 4 people.
You will be enchanted by the view from the terrace and will have direct access to the beach when leaving the building. You can also admire the International Kite Festival in April or Beach Cross in October while sipping the cocktail on your deckchair on the apartment's terrace.

Living room / lounge: flat screen tv, dvd player, library (provision of dvd / cd / books), sofa bed for 2 people (160cm * 200cm)
fitted kitchen: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave combination oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster,
a room with neat decoration with a large bed (160cm * 200cm) and closet
- Bathroom: shower, sink, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine, provision of towels / gloves / bath mat
- separate WC
The living room and the bedroom opening onto a 12 m2 terrace equipped with deckchairs facing the sea.
On request and free of charge: baby bed, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning product.

The apartment is fantastic with an amazing view over the beach. The beachfront and town centre of Berck, with all their amenities are within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and with all mod cons and communication with apartment owner was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Lovely apartment directly on the beach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Secure underground parking. Delightful decor, very comfortable bed! Highly recommend

Appartement propre et bien équpé. Lit et literie bien. La vue depuis le 2e étage sur la plage est superbe. Par contre, mobilier en général trop low cost, ikea-style. Certaines armoires déjà à la limite de devoir être changées. Mais globalement beau séjour.
