The Marlin is located at Law Street beach, offering quick and easy beach access. If you are looking for a small property by the beach, this San Diego vacation rental is an ideal place to stay.
Located just a rocks throw from the beach, this Pacific Beach vacation rental is just one block from the beautiful Palisades Park, and just a little further is Crystal Pier.
With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this rental has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that will help you feel right at home. Enjoy the leather sofa or armchair in the living room and watch some TV on the 50-inch flat screen. There is also a DVD player if you choose to bring your own movies, and of course, private, secured Wi-Fi is also included.
This property has an open concept with the kitchen and living room areas separated by an eating bar and bar stools. The kitchen has granite countertops, and is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals for the whole family. There is a shared outdoor patio area with BBQ's if grilling is more your style.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and more granite countertops. The first room features a queen-size bed, as well as a small TV. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. Altogether, this home can comfortably sleep four guests, though we welcome up to five people as long as one person is able to sleep on the sleeping mat provided.
Just outside the front door, this property has its own small outdoor patio with a table and chairs. There is also the large shared outdoor patio located at the front of the property by the BBQ's. The other shared space that is provided is the laundry room which is located just outside the back door. You will also find boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys available. Those items are located in your private, single car garage. Garage dimensions are 93 inches wide, 15.5 feet long, 83 inches tall.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
This house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

Kitchen setup was very convenient and clean. The place had everything i needed. The parking was perfect. We needed it as street parking was difficult in the neighborhood.

Awesome location! Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen although short on wine glasses and carpets a bit dingy in bedrooms but clean overall. Garage nice for parking when spots out front unavailable. Great stay!

Location, location, location! We loved staying here for the proximity to the beach. My husband and I could very easily walk down to the beach with our 1 year old. The house had decent equipment for a beach set up that kept our baby entertained while we took turns surfing. The house was simple but homey and had most the things we needed to make a home away from home. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee places within walking distance. Easy access to main roads to see other attractions.If you have a baby/toddler you'd have to bring your own pack and play and there are a few corners on tables or bed areas that you'd want to keep your eye out on. This wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of. We will be coming back again!

We were in San Diego bringing my daughter home from college and looking for a fun/ convenient location to stay. Perfect location in Pacific Beach! I will admit though that for the amount we paid, the paint job, broken blinds, cabinet knobs missing..... was a bit disappointing.
(All while understanding we pay for location )
I found a silverfish bug in the silverware drawer the first night we got there as well. These are all things fixable, and I wanted to be honest.
