This Two Bedroom, One Bath, OCEANFRONT Property includes PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, A Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Seating For Six, Two Color TV's With Cable, Complimentary High Speed Wired AND Wireless Internet Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, 24 Hour Onsite Security and Caretaker, Outdoor Heated Pool, Covered Designated Parking for One regular sized Vehicle. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Spa, Sauna, Barbecues, Elevators and a Rooftop Lanai. Note: Only Mature Adults, their families and guests will be comfortable at the Capri. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. The Condominium Association has strict rules and prohibits loud parties, hanging items on front railings, throwing items from balconies/railings, feeding birds, etc. Shirts and shoes are required at all times in the main lobby (there is a separate beach/pool entrance). Breach of any rule by occupants or guests of your condo may result in a fine. There is a copy of the Condominium Association rules in your condominium.

Host stuck with me for many weeks of mutual frustration over VRBO handling of my reservation so all that worked out. We were comfortable in the apartment. What a delight to be ocean front and near to good restaurants.

The rental was located on the beach and nearby to shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and I hated to leave such a beautiful place!

Amazing location. Condo was very clean. Everything was as described. Views of the ocean were incredible.

The location and view was amazing! The condo itself was nice and fully furnished (except there isn't a laundry basket). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were however really disappointed that their wasn't a working Sauna, especially since the description states there was one. The worst part of the stay however were the elevators. There was only one working elevator most of the stay and the wait for the elevator was long. The elevator situation is the only thing that would make us think twice about staying there again.
