Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home is just steps from the beach in North Pacific Beach, San Diego’s most desirable beach community. The beach directly in front of the property is perfect for families, offering great surfing, swimming, and lifeguards on duty. As the crow flies, we are only 300 feet from the tide line. If you love walking or biking, the north end of the coastal boardwalk starts right outside and stretches 4 miles southward.

Newly painted and refreshed furnishings. The home features tasteful decor, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens, and lots of beach gear. Relax on the roof deck, where you’ll enjoy 180-degree panoramic ocean views, a propane fire pit for sunsets, and cool ocean breezes—perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.
Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Please note, our home is located on a quiet street—absolutely no loud parties are permitted. If you plan to host celebrations, weddings, reunions, or receptions, prior approval and additional fees are required.

You’re just a short walk along the coastal boardwalk from a variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and grocery stores. Public transportation is a breeze—just one block to bus #30, which connects you to La Jolla or downtown.

We count babies and children as part of the total. Additional rates may apply for parties over 4 guests during the low and mid-seasons, and for parties over 7 guests during the high season. We love our stay here! The house is amazing and we love watching the sunset from the rooftop. If we could live here all summer long we would. Simply a wonderful property and we love getting to see Isabelle every year. Such a wonderful host!
