About this chalet rental
The accommodation is located 3.5 km from the centre of Menaggio. The property is a small villa surrounded by a garden with outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views. The interiors are welcoming and characterised by traditional elements, such as exposed wooden beams, which create a warm and familiar atmosphere. The house offers spacious and bright rooms, ideal for spending a pleasant stay immersed in the nature and tranquillity of the lake.
The house is developed on two levels. On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of a large living room with exposed wooden beams and a separate kitchen. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom. On the upper floor is the sleeping area with two other bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, as well as access to a small terrace with a view of the garden. The house is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
*The fireplace in the living room is not usable.

Menaggio is a suggestive location situated on the western shore of Lake Como, known for its panoramic position and tranquil, elegant atmosphere. We chose Ca' Mia for our brief visit to the Lake Como area largely because it's location suited our anticipated day trip plans. Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia. The rental property is tucked into a residential section on the side of the hills above Menaggio so there is no view of Lake Como from the property. The property was clean, rather spartan with respect to furnishings and wall decorations but generally a good value for the cost.
