Spacious apartments with a wonderful terrace. The apartments have a parking space, which I think is very important. They are located a bit further from the center of Menaggio. However, for those who don’t mind walking and going uphill, it’s a great way to take a hiking after a delicious Italian dinner.
More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the apartments and also is that key collection at the reception can be a bit inconvenient – key boxes near the apartments would make the process much easier.

The welcome package was a very pleasant surprise. The staff in the office was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the outside verandah very much.
We didn't realise it was quite steep to walk to and from, but still walk able.

Very friendly environment. Plenty of room and exactly what was advertised.
We did not have a for the back gate which made access over the fence difficult.

The apartment is ok.
The neighbors clearly aren’t happy about having a short-term rental in the complex. We left the car in the parking lot and, within an hour, it had been keyed (looked like with a key). I told the hosts and they didn’t seem surprised, didn’t even offer an apology. It was a rental car, and the company kept the entire deposit, so the stay ended up costing us twice as much as the apartment.
Besides that… the beds were really uncomfortable. And they left us a single roll of toilet paper for 4 adults and a child for 6 days!!!
