This home can comfortably sleep 4-5 adults and up to 5 kids with a total max occupancy of 8. We do not allow more than 5 adults to rent this home.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. This house was awesome and had everything we needed as a family of adults and kids. The bunk bed room was a massive hit and the other rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The balconies were another added bonus and the location was unmatched. The proximity to the boardwalk/beach was perfect - not too close to the action, but close enough to enjoy easily. The street was quiet and having the garage was ideal! We hope to stay again, soon!

Well appointed, we had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was well stocked, beach toys, laundry facilities, etc. bunk room was great for the kids. Property was clean and comfy. We had a nice and relaxing stay.

The house was fantastic and everything we needed.Beds and living room were very comfortable. Was worried there may be a lot of noise being so close to the boardwalk but am happy to say we didn't hear a thing. Garage was really great to have and made storing our vehicle and bikes so easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is our second year renting the same house for a family vacation in San Diego. The house is great and perfectly located and equipped for time on the beach, walking to Belmont Park & neighborhood restaurants and shops. Outdoor shower for beach sand and plenty of room for beach and outdoorsy stuff, very comfortable, and our grandkids had a great time. We'll be back, and I'm not looking for a "better" place to stay. This was perfect for us.
