excellent location just steps from the beach and walking distance to many stores and restaurants
sand everywhere, no matter how much you vacuumed it up, it was still there, but that is from being so close to the beach. parking is also very tight and you have to drive down a very small alleyway. if you rent a car, get a smaller one. we had a full size pickup and it was dicey.

Location is undoubtedly prime. The beds are so comfortable.
The parking is a nightmare, it is currently under construction so we scraped our car hard several times on the construction bumps. The floors feel dirty, naturally so because of the sand.
