About this house rental
An exclusive, newly refurbished luxury detached house in the outstanding city of Bath. Located in a beautiful area of the city with a regular city centre bus service just metres from the house and space for three cars at the property within the gated driveway.
The space
The property has been refurbished to a luxury standard with solid wood flooring throughout, floor to ceiling tiled luxury bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers and heated floors, high-spec kitchen with granite worktops and fitted appliances. The master en-suite bedroom has LED accent lighting, fitted wardrobes with automatic lighting and a roof window allowing you to gaze at the stars form the super king-sized bed (or use the blackout blind if you want to sleep!). Other features include flat-screen wall mounted televisions in the three double bedrooms and double doors to a decked terrace overlooking the Horsecombe valley from the ground floor super-king bedroom.

The property is only available as a whole house let.

Guests will have my number for any help required during their stay.
Other things to note
There is a large supermarket within walking distance or just 2 minutes by car and a small convenience store just 5 mins from the property on foot.
There is a lovely local pub serving good-food (The Cross Keys) at the corner of the road, just a 1 minute walk.

This house is fabulous! Renovated bathrooms with heated floors are AMAZING, new kitchen with great facilities, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, awesome storage spaces, modern and funky decor. A very cool place to stay.

A great property, well equipped and well situated with good dining options a short walk away. Our stay was detracted by no welcome booklet (last guest spilt something on it), one bed not usable (dirty sheets) and a lack of communicated via online portal. We would definitely give it another go in the future those as are relatively easy fixes.

The house was really clean throughout, and was the perfect place as our base ahead of our family get together.
Lovely and warm on arrival, there was plenty of info from the hosts about Bath.
1 minor issue. Toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose when we arrived. Other than that, can't fault it.

On the downside the heating was a little hit and miss! Floors were very noisy and the blind cords very flimsy. The frontdoor was difficult to close from the outside.
Some interesting features for younger people but older visitors would appreciate more comfortable armchairs.
Having said all that we did enjoy our stay.
