Great location. The space of having a bedroom and living room/kitchen is great. The courtyard area would be great in spring/summer. Support when needed was prompt.
Was a really nice apartment, so I don't want my negatives to put anyone off!
It was really warm and stuffy. We turned off all the radiators, but the heat just kept coming from somewhere. Couldn't open the windows at night because it was central, so late night club/pub leavers brought noise.
Had a real issue with the pillows, which were so hard and lumpy, I asked for a different one, and they brought straight away (really good service) however, was just another hard lumpy pillow.

Amazing location right next to the Roman baths. Clean and well equipped apartment.
We stayed in flat 9, which is ground floor so if you’re a light sleeper you may be better requesting a 1st floor if possible as we could near the upstairs guests moving about.

Excellent location. Easy access. Comfortable bed.
A few areas in the bathroom weren’t clean and could do with some maintenance.
Noise carried from the upstairs apartment.

Said room was on ground floor which was not.Wife had trouble with stairs not impressed.
