About this apartment rental
Welcome! You can have this duplex all to yourself :) This is a one bedroom, one bathroom duplex that has room for 1 to 3 people. It’s located in the John A. Finch Arboretum close to downtown Spokane (2.2 miles), major hospitals and the airport (4.6 miles). It’s also close to the Fish Lake Trail if you love to run, bike, hike, or experience the outdoors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, and a weekend getaway.
The space
One bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed, a dresser, and a closet with lots of hangers
The living room features a sofa that can sleep one person
There is high speed wifi throughout the duplex. There is a TV with free Netflix provided and access to local channels with an antenna. There is no cable.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, creamer, sugar, green tea, hot chocolate, oil, salt, and pepper.
The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages.
Smoking is only allowed outside. 420 friendly
There is a single lane driveway that can fit 2 cars

Guests have access to the entire duplex.
Other things to note
Check-in is after 4pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just send me a message in advance to ask for an exception.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
There is a Ring security camera at the entrance.
PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. There will be an ashtray you can take with you outside. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!

The place was great and was close to Deaconess Hospital and the airport. I felt at home. The host was great as well. They communicated very well and made sure everything was up to their standards.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. VeeAnn provided chilled bottles of water, chips and coffee. The duplex was very clean and the linen and towels were great. I didn’t cook, but oil and seasonings were provided. The fridge and microwave were super clean and efficient. The coffee maker and stove were easy to use too. My only Complaint was there were a few earwigs, and I hate those bugs even though they are easily disposed of!

The property is small and simple but very nice and functional. Obviously not a good stay if you’re looking for a nice modern or resort type vacation feeling or in a luxurious location. However, this property was perfect for what I needed. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry very functional. The owner keeps it very clean and communicates very well. Although the location is not necessarily a prime spot, it is quiet and safe.

VeeAnn is an excellent host. She quickly responds and is a good communicator. The safe, nice, quiet neighborhood is near the Arboretum which is a plus. We stay in this vrbo whenever possible. The kitchen is well stocked and shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent are provided. That's very helpful since we fly in from the East Coast. The bed and couch are comfortable. Guests have full ability to control heat and air conditioning temperatures. You will definitely enjoy your stay.
