From the expansive terrace dating back to the 1600s, you’ll be captivated by panoramic views of the rolling hills, with breathtaking sunsets of pink and orange hues painting the sky over the vineyards in the distance.
A highlight of this property is the grand covered terrace, accessible from the first-floor kitchen. With its spacious outdoor dining area, featuring a majestic table that seats 20, it’s perfect for hosting lavish meals with friends and family. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, making it an ideal setting for alfresco dining while soaking in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The villa’s charm lies in its harmonious blend of historic elegance and contemporary luxury. Every room boasts original furniture, including a historic wine cellar where wine barrels set the scene for private tastings. Traditional kitchens and cozy fireplaces complement brand-new king-size beds and state-of-the-art air conditioning, ensuring complete comfort throughout the entire villa.For relaxation, the large pool (13m x 6m), complete with a jacuzzi, invites you to unwind under the Tuscan sun, with the peaceful gardens as your backdrop.
The villa’s prime location allows for easy access to Lucca’s historic city center and its renowned Walls, while also being within close reach of Italy’s most famous destinations, including Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Volterra and the beaches of Versilia.
This villa offers an authentic Tuscan experience, making it the perfect sanctuary for those looking to escape, yet remain close to the rich culture and beauty of Italy’s most treasured cities.
While the villa is not ideally suited for large groups of children, we are delighted to welcome families and can graciously accommodate up to four children.
The kitchen in the green house is available upon request, for pizza or cooking classes performed by a private chef and with an additional cost.

This is a perfect location to spend some time with good friends: a beautiful house, nicely furnished, very clean, wonderful pool and a great lounge area on the terrace. The description of the house and the property was very accurate and the communication with the owners before and during our stay was perfect. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay. The place is beautiful. We were 20 people and everybody loved it. Beautiful rooms. Great kitchen and dining areas. Several relaxing zones. Large pool. If we needed help with anything in the house, garden, pool, kitchenanything else, they responded immediately. Daniela helped us with all our requests and it was like having a concierge available throughout the stay. Recommendations, bookings of restaurants, transportation, private chef and much more was taken care of with immediate response. No task was too smalltoo big. Our stay could not have been any better. Strongly recommended.

A group of 15 friends thoroughly enjoyed this spectacular villa for 7 days. We day tripped to cinque terre, forte dei marni, Lucca, Pisa, San gimignano, and more. We had fabulous meals locally. Such a treat to walk the garden, relax by the pool, watch the thunder and lightning from the covered veranda. Daniela was our local contact and she was super friendly and on point with rec-ommendations. The villa hit the mark in every way.

This place was a dream. From the staff to the natural surroundings everything was just so perfect. We loved our time and wished we could have stayed a little longer. Daniela, made sure every detail was taken care of and made sure our stay was like a vacation of lifetime. We had a minor issue with the water and washing machine, however, this was taken care of swiftly and did not affect our stay. I could go on about all the amazing attributes to this villa, but I’ll just say BOOK this place!
