Not on the main road but in quiet cul-de-sac away from road noise The apartment is fully self catering.
The accommodation is located in a resort like garden setting with an easy walking path where just one minute's walk across a grassed area and a few easy steps takes you to the sandy beach with safe swiming .
There are no tide rips or sudden drop offs, just nice level sloping sand. Located near historic Mangonui villiage with it's stores, cafes, famous fish shop and restruants. fishing charters Super clean and tidy for discerning travellers.

Such a lovely spot looking out onto Jen’s beautiful garden and just 2 minutes onto the sandy beach .Jen was super helpful and welcoming and the apartment has all you need . Easy reach of coffee spot ! & Supermarket at Coopers and restaurants at Mangonui — our fave was Jessie’s !! We would certainly recommend and love to come back Steve and Linda

Small but well equipped BnB, with beach access, deck to sit on, surrounded by lovely gardens. Everything has been thought of for your stay. Host was lovely.Bring an eye mask if you don't like being woken by the daylight.

The host met us as we arrived and gave us a brief walk-through of the property to make sure we knew how to turn on the TV, the stove, etc. The views were stunning and the garden surrounding the property were just lovely so many different flowers and nicely arranged really fun to walk around. There’s a path to the beach And the beach was just gorgeous. We walked away on the shoreline. Make sure you pay attention to the tide because we ended up with wet shoes. The police was clean and well appointed we had everything we needed.

We wanted to walk on the beach and soak in the hot tub as we both have injuries. The beach front apartment is approximately 100 meters from the beach down semi steep and slippery bank. And there was no hot tub as advertised. There waa also nowhere outside you could lounge in the sun. Just hard seats no recliner. The place is lovely and certainly clean but not what we expected or wanted.
