About this house rental
Perfect getaway all year round in the heart of Ahipara with the view of farmland, forestry and glimpse of the ocean. Wake up to sound of the surf, enjoy an early morning bike ride, see a dramatic sunset on the evening walk along the beach. Go fishing or relax in the hammock on the deck with a good book and a glass of wine.
Cute house with large flat section with 1 bedroom (queen bed) and a separate cabin (double bottom, single top bunk bed). Huge wrap around deck with tables and chairs, hammocks. Farmland, forestry and glimpse of the ocean views from the deck. Kids tree hut, sandpit and swings.
Special conditions:
We have medium size dog kennel. The section is not fully fenced. We can consider requests to bring along your pets but outside only.
No smoking inside.
Check in after 2pm and check out before 11am (can be flexible on request).
All above to be agreed prior the stay.
Cooking appliances: one induction hob, microwave, portable convection oven, outside BBQ.

Really private and quiet location, with beautiful views and very comfortable bed. If you're looking for posh, this is not your place, but if you're looking for ease and comfort and beautiful views, this is your place! And we brought our little dog so that was great! :)
