Amar was a great help in instructing me with the self check-in, even though it was after hours and quite late that I was checking in! He was friendly and responsive and made sure that it all went smoothly. The room was clean and had lovely big windows, the kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself, and having the fridge space is also a real bonus.
The location is absolutely lovely, I really enjoyed Wallington. Such a nice break from being in London during the day, and the bus connections and Wallington station (only about a 12 minute walk away) made it very straightforward to get into the city. I found the people in Wallington to be really friendly and welcoming -- made me wish I was staying longer!
Having WiFi here would make the stay even better. Though the public library down the road is very welcoming and a good space to work (they even set me up with a library card so I could work there after hours).
The bed seemed to have a loose or broken slate, so I had to be careful not to roll onto that side, so that was a bit of a drawback from an otherwise lovely stay. But I'm sure that's easily fixed.

Location, spacetious rooms and access to big garden
Extreme heat inside the rooms during hot summer, no AC nor Cooling fan available, no interest shown by the owner when the issue has been rised - advice received was for me to buy a fan, which I did as the heat inside was unbearable. Kitchen needs a deep cleaning. Common areas look run down and not well look after.
