El método de recibimiento, lo tienen todo preparado para que puedas llegar y entrar como si fueras a tu propia casa. Todo muy limpio, recogido y además con lo que necesitas para una buena estancia. Toallas en la habitación para todos (algo que no me lo esperaba y lo agradecí mucho) . El lavabo con todo lo que necesitas para un aseso diario. Se pueden usar los espacios comunes, como los electrodomésticos de cocina, microondas y nevera (seguro que algo más pero solo usamos eso) . No nos encontramos con otros inquilinos ni con nadie más. Muy cómodo y limpio todo.
Además que está cerca al tren que lleva directamente a los sitios que necesitas para hacer turismo en Londres. Muy buena experiencia!

The house was clean with amenities to us in the kitchen .
The communication was very clear and quick responses
The tv wasn’t great we struggled to turn it on and off sometimes.
We didn’t expect there to be belongings of someone else in the room whenever we have stayed in a shared location before it didn’t have peoples belongings not that we minded it was just different to what we are used to .
Floor is cold and was a little cold some times .
Before we booked it was advertised as Norwood which we saw was 11 minutes from Brixton but after booking and getting address it was much further than we expect
