Hotel standard room, nice and big, comfortable bed. Modern kitchen.
It was great for me. If you have an aversion to climbing narrow stairs this might not be for you.

Location, price and friendly hosts.
1.steep narrow stairs
2. In room:-
No tea /coffee making facilities and milk
No storage cupboard or drawers facilities
No chair, no table or other services to put things.
(except on top of chest of drawers where TV is)
3. Kitchen is hosts' domestic kitchen, not dedicated guest facility.
