Great location, super clean, really comfortable. Fluffy towels, great kitchen and comfy beds along with a huge sofa. A great place to stay to explore Lincoln and be in the middle of great places to eat and drink.
It wasn't an issue for us but do be aware that parking on the street outside the property is limited and only free for 1 hour during the day and then from 6pm-8am. But a decent car park is a few minutes walk away for just over £10 for a 24 hour stay.

We liked the location especially. The flat was very comfy. All of it was warm and clean. The kitchen was not brilliantly furnished with cooking / eating utensils but we'd not planned to cook. But a milk jug, a water jug and tray to carry drinks / dishes through would have been useful. Also alternatives to the coffee maker, such as a cafetiere would have helped. Luckily we had brought our own! But for 2 nights we found it ideal in so many other ways.
