The re configuration of the property was excellent, well equipped, super clean, ideally situated to explore the city, would love to return.
Didn’t appreciated being woken up at 5am with delivery of materials for renovation of next door property and noise of work starting around 7am!! Appreciate noise cannot be avoided but consider the early start very inconsiderate, we did express our thoughts to the workers but nothing changed.

The location was great and the house extremely comfortable and clean.
On the Saturday morning work on the house nextdoor started at 6 am drilling etc. we banged on the wall but it persisted . So we had an early start.

Tastefully decorated cute house with everything provided, we really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect, with Lincoln’s tourist attractions just a short stroll away, and pubs, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The house is spotlessly clean. The 2 en-suite bathrooms were what drew us to the house, as 2 couples not having to share was ideal. The quality of finish was obvious and much appreciated. Lovely welcome basket was also a bonus.
Absolutely minor point - there are 3 keys to 3 different doors - if the keys could be labelled that would be so beneficial - we spent several minutes trying each one on the 2 entrance doors!!!

Excellent location close to restaurants and bars at the top of Lincoln. Perfect for the castle and the cathedral. The property was lovely and clean everything we needed for our weekend with a car park opposite the house. It’s only a 10 minute walk down into Lincoln via steep hill but 20 coming back up . Would definitely recommend staying there
There’s some renovations work going on in the next doors house but if you’re out all day it’s not really a problem
