Everything about the bungalow is perfect, amazing location even though in a housing estate very quiet. Very modern where everything worked without fault, instruction left was spot on easy to follow.
Cleanliness of bungalow was a let down. Dust on door frames, cobwebs in main bathroom alot of them, also some cobwebs in en-suites and bedrooms,the hood above cooker was thick in dust, top of microwave was covered in a sticky substance. Was only 1 bin liner for one week maybe a couple would suffice, although not essential as we got some from shops.

Perfect location in North Hykeham about 3 miles / 15 mins outside Lincoln. Spacious property, 3 good sized bedroom, underfloor heating with bedroom radiators and heated towel rails, two wood burners (not used by us), dishwasher, washing machine tumble dryer. Milk in the fridge on arrival. Enough soaps, toilet rolls and dishwasher/washing machine tablets provided.
