Set in vibrant Kemptown, you're just moments from Brighton beach, the iconic Palace Pier, and a fantastic mix of restaurants, cosy pubs, and quirky cafés. Brighton train station is within easy reach on foot, by bus, or by taxi. An excellent base to explore, unwind, or work remotely by the sea.
Located on the third floor with lift access, the apartment has a generous open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area leading to a private terrace. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room has a double sofa bed for extra guests. Securely set within a well-maintained building, the apartment is positioned away from the main street, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the city's energy. The dedicated workspace, complete with a monitor and ergonomic chair, makes remote working easy. Just off St James’s Street, you're in the heart of the action while enjoying a quiet residential setting.

Beautifully presented apartment with outside space too. Easy check in and very nice host.The only negative in Brighton is parking. This property is permit only on a one way street
