Nestled on a working farm in the heart of the Sussex countryside between the South Downs and the High Weald our comfortable cabins offers a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This listing is for our Pierrot Cabin, also available is our identical Harlequin Cabin. Laughton is a quintessential English village that’s steeped in history, with its beautiful 13th-century church, village green, pub, and shop within walking distance. The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wealth of walking and cycling routes that wind through the local countryside. Nearby, you can explore the historic market town of Lewes (6 miles) known for its medieval castle, independent shops, and vibrant arts scene, and a short drive brings you to the seaside town of Eastbourne (14miles) where you can enjoy the beach, pier, and scenic coastal walks. For those looking for some culture the world-famous Glyndebourne Opera House is only a 5 minute drive, offering a full programme of events through the Summer and Autumn.
On arrival to this unique and relaxing property, pull up in the private parking space that awaits and take a moment to soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Step inside the cabin where you will find a studio-style living space that combines a lounge, kitchen, diner and king-size bed. Enjoy the comfort of this cosy space and make sure to savour the rural views on offer. A small but well-appointed kitchenette boasts all you need for a self-catering break and a dining table with seating for four offers the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast and to plan the day ahead. After dinner, relax on the sofa or in the armchair and catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. At night, the sumptuous king-size bed awaits. A double-sofa bed is available if required and, completing the property is an en-suite shower room with WC, heated towel rail, wash basin, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The cabin is fully insulated, double glazed and benefits from underfloor heating, WIFI and USB charging sockets.

It was my partners birthday present. I took my two young kids. Loved the cabin so clean and modern. Also includes tea/coffee/milk/oil etc basics which is very thoughtful. We had a travel cot in there and we still had enough room to move about. Loved the outside area, kids loved running around after the birds! We had a BBQ kindly provided, which we used in the evening. Joe and Shirley were extremely nice and helpful. High recommended and would happily return in the future :)
