Location is great! Communication was excellent. Useful to have a washing machine. Good value considering the location and size. I contacted the owner about the lock on the front door and the lack of heating, and whilst they were very responsive (this service was outsourced to Thailand I believe) nothing was improved. I had to borrow my friend's air heater.
I couldn't get the living room heating to work, which was bad timing because it was incredibly cold. The flat overall is a little grubby and some wear and tear, beyond what I'd expect. The kitchen area and cupboard contents wasn't very clean. The lock on the front door to the main building was broken. There was a ring doorbell inside the hallway, which I assume is for some kind of tracking. This felt a little bit odd.

Not really anything we didn’t like. Could use a few sharp knives, and a frying pan in the kitchen.

Loved the location close to shops and places to eat. Lots of public transport close by too.
The apartment was lovely but found the bed difficult to get in and out of due to lack of space at the sides. The bathroom lacked toiletries and there could be improvements to the shower.
