Beautiful view and spacious apartment, well equipped and clean
The bathroom had a bit of a smell, probably from old pipes, but we kept the door mostly closed.
The temperature was very cold when we arrived. After communicating with the manager, we had to reset the boiler to activate the water and central heating and the issue was resolved, but it took some time to warm up

bellssima vista lago, appartamento pulito ed ampio don tutto il necessario
la caldaia un poco rumorosa e soprattutto la mancanza di un telecomando per aprire il cancello per entrare con la macchina, l'uso delle chiavi e' un poco pericoloso visto che entrata e' sulla strada e devi fermarti e bloccare il traffico su una curva

Everything was perfectly organized from the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out. The mattress was excellent. The pillows were a bit firm, but it suited us. The duvet was luxurious. The apartment is very spacious for this class of accommodation. We had a huge bedroom with a lovely little balcony, a small table and chairs overlooking the entire Lake Como. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning while admiring the view. The apartment has everything you need, including wine glasses and a coffee maker.
The apartment is located quite high up on a hill, which on the one hand guarantees you a wonderful view, but on the other hand means about a 20-minute uphill walk. We were prepared for this and actually enjoyed it after hearty Italian meals — it was a great substitute for a gym workout.
There were some minor heating issues on the last night, but I’m sure the host will take care of them.
