Clean, tidy, and well-located accommodation in a quiet area. Fast key handover, friendly staff, and a restaurant and shop can be found within 500 meters. It is located on the 4th floor, so the view is nice as well.

Parking spaces are difficult to find in front of the accommodation. There are only 3 parking spots, so you can park directly in front of the property only if one becomes available. The furniture is old, and the windows are outdated as well, so outside noise comes through very easily and cold air also gets in. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and heating can only be provided by these units. During our stay the weather was bad, the apartment was cold, and the air conditioners were not enough to heat it properly — after taking a shower in the bathroom, you could practically freeze. In one of the small rooms there was a small bed frame with a mattress that was too large, hanging over the edges, and it creaked loudly.

Die Wohnung ist sehr traditionell aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet :) die Lage war super , man ist fußläufig bei Lidl, aber auch fußläufig an der Seepromenade. Der Austausch mit Angelika war super und sie hat immer sofort geantwortet bei Fragen.

Ich fand es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt am Comer See einfach super :) Mir war vorher nicht bewusst, dass die Wohnung ganz oben im Haus ist und man einige Treppen laufen muss - mit Gepäck etwas lästig , aber für uns machbar gewesen

Vi var ikke klar over man skulle betale 3 Euro Per nat Per person, hvilket vi først fik at vide undervejs, ville være rart at have vidst inden.

Ho segnalato il fatto che il termosifone del bagno non funzionasse. Non ha funzionato mai nel corso del soggiorno di 5gg. Nemmeno i termosifoni delle camere si sono mai accesi. Quelli del salotto e della cucina invece funzionavano bene. La risposta da parte della referente è stata che con il riscaldamento centralizzato non si può intervenire... Però se sono in un paese come turista e giro tutto il giorno al mio rientro vorrei un alloggio accogliente.. Peccato
