The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! Great location! They were very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
The only thing I can think of is that we stayed for a week and we cooked quite a bit. Just a suggestion, but if there had been some salt and pepper in the kitchen, that would have been great. Very minor though.

Die kaputten 2 Esszimmerstühle, die auch nach Reparatur nicht benutzbar waren.
Das Nichteinhalten von europäischem Datenschutzrecht. Zum Check in musste man alle Ausweise Vorder- und Rückseite Einscannen plus Selfie, auch von meinen Minderjährigen Kindern. Wahlweise hätte man nach Como ins Büro fahren können, was 40 Minuten mehr Fahrzeit bedeutet hätte. Zudem musste man sich einverstanden zeigen, dass die Daten für kommerzielle / Marketing Zwecke weiterverwendet werden dürfen ohne Widerspruchsmöglichkeit. Auch Booking.com ist hier nicht eingeschritten.
Verbessern könnte man auch, dass man darauf hinweist, erst zum Appartment zu fahren, um Gepäck auszuladen und dann in die Garage fährt, die 5 Gehminuten weg ist.
