The bath did not function.
There were a few areas that were a little dusty. We operate a cleaning company, so tend to notice these things.

Comfortable beds and great location for visiting Loughborough. Good kitchen and cosy lounge.
The bedrooms and bathroom were a bit tired, needing a good tidy and clean. No bedside lights.

We were in walking distance to everything we wanted. We could bring the dog. Plenty of street parking.
It was weird staying in someone's house where their clothes are in the wardrobe, toothbrush and razor in bathroom, and freezer full of their food. Broken fence leading to nextdoor's garden so had to keep close eye on my dog.
