Our charming historic country house is located in the heart of the beautiful UNESCO wine region of Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills and picturesque villages.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, the house offers spacious rooms, authentic Italian charm and a large private swimming pool where you can relax while enjoying the quiet countryside.
The house combines traditional Piedmontese character with modern comfort, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

Casa Storica, tipica Piemontese, di signorile impronta ottocentesca, ideata da fattori benestanti, data la fine costruzione nel 1891. Ha subito alcuni restauri, ultimo dei quali eseguito dagli attuali proprietari, per renderla funzionale senza stravolgerne la natura. Resta dunque una residenza immersa nel verde e nel silenzio di un borgo antico. Dotata di vare stanze, con bagno al piano, wi-fi gratuito, tv e angolo bar.
Siamo nel Comune di Bruno, nel cuore del Monferrato, tra pianura e colline. Nelle vicinanze, i Comuni di Mombaruzzo, famoso per i suoi amaretti, Bergamasco, sede dell’omonimo Castello e di sfiziose sagre ed eventi, e Fontanile, il paese dei murales, offrono più di un pretesto per una passeggiata.
A pochi chilometri la bella Nizza Monferrato, ricca di storia e tradizioni, ma anche Acqui Terme con i la lunga passeggiata e l’acquedotto Romano.
Il Monferrato è anche territorio di cantine e di Castelli e vi stupirà la quantità di luoghi meravigliosi che avrete intorno! Noi saremo lieti di darvi qualche suggerimento!
