Very beautiful, comfortable on a vinyard villa "Bric del Vento", detached, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 3 km from the centre of Soglio, 22 km from the centre of Asti, 50 km from the centre of Turin, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 30'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Asti" 22 km. Nearby attractions: Turin 50 km, Alba 40 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Auf Bric del Vento verbrachten wir (vier Paare) wunderschöne Tage, die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen und ruhig , schön auf einem Hügel. Das Haus hat eine großzügige Ausstattung speziell in der Küche und bietet hauseigenen vorzüglichen Wein den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr zufriedenstellend. LG aus T.

Wij beleefden met 6 volwassenen en 5 kinderen tussen 5 en 9 jaar een fantastische week in Casa Bric Del Vento. De slaap- en badkamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht met voldoende prive. 1 douche die niet optimaal werkte. De keuken heeft een groot eiland in het midden en meer dan voldoende keukenmateriaal! De tuin(en) waren fenomenaal om in te vertoeven met een eigen wijngaard en wei met diertjes en ideaal zwembad. Het contact met eigenaar en concierge verliep vlot. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden!
