The second floor boasts an inviting lounge with a plush L-shaped sofa and abundant natural light, leading to the home’s crown jewel—a rare indoor-outdoor patio with a retractable glass roof, fireplace, and lush greenery. Bedroom 1 is spacious with a walk-in closet, access to the patio, and a beautiful en suite featuring a standalone bathtub and rainfall shower.
The third floor offers two additional bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Located just steps from Holland Park, High Street Kensington, and the Design Museum, this home places you in one of London’s most coveted neighborhoods, with vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural attractions at your doorstep.

Things to Note:
Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.
A private elevator provides easy access to all floors within the home. Internal stairs also available between floors.
Office hours: 9am to 5pm
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time:10am
Arrivals from 7pm-10pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a £75 late arrival fee, payable in cash to the local contact at the time you arrive. An alternative option for check in until 10pm is booking our local transportation company and receiving a greeting the following day.
PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm. Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning. Please don’t hesitate to message us if you have any questions.
