It’s a really cute and more importantly clean apartment! We really enjoyed our time together in and/or our and about due to cultural diversity of the neighbourhood!

Great little apartment near Portobello Road and walking distance (1mile) to Nottinghill Gate Station and other public transport.
A couple of nice restaurants in the neighborhood, including a good Pizzeria, Fish and Chip shop, bakeries etc. A short walk to a couple of pubs and Tesco/Sainbury markets.
Bedrooms were clean, although a little small. Sofa bed in living room was great for 2 kids with enough space that they didn't fight about being on top of each other! High speed Internet, Netflix on the TV and a well equipped kitchen gave us the option for dinners and breakfasts in when we wanted.
Communication with Property manager was very good, check-in and check-out was very easy, no problems at all.
Overall would recommend and would consider to use again if returning to London.

The apartment size, location and walkability were great. However it was fairly obvious that no one had done an inspection prior to our visit.
Communication and follow through were TERRIBLE. We had a major problem that was never resolved. We had NO HOT WATER for the four days we were there.
We attempted to get the problem fixed but were ultimately told that Urban Chic has no control over the operations of the building we were in.
On the third day we were given the option to move to another location but no offer was made to assist us with the move.
I wrote emails to the company and have not received any response in almost three weeks. I have requested some compensation but again, no response.
