About this house rental

Welcome to Notting Hill! Our spacious 3 bedroom (all ensuite), 3-storey townhouse is located on a quiet residential close, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Portobello Road, and Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove tube stations. Spacious (1380 sq. ft., 128 sq. m), sleeps up to 10. and features both a private rear garden and roof terrace.

Family-friendly and equipped with everything you need to make it your London home away from home.

Luggage drop-off anytime from 10.30am on your arrival day - just message us ahead of time.

This spacious townhouse sleeps up to 10 people in 3 full-sized bedrooms - all with ensuite shower rooms. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is an additional sleeping area in the large living room where there is a convertible day bed - sofa by day - two singles or a full height king sized bed when needed.

The house sleeps 8 as shown, but the additional two are on two single double height electric airbeds, that can be moved around to where they are needed. Any of the rooms would easily accommodate a child on an airbed, or in a travel cot. In addition, Bedroom 3 on the top floor has an extra long, wide sofa.

The townhouse is arranged over 3 floors, with the ground floor featuring a large eat-in kitchen/dining room, living room with lots of comfy seating, and a washroom/loo. With the 3 bedrooms over the upper two levels, all with their own bathrooms, it is perfect for families.

The townhouse is just 7 minutes’ walk from both Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road tube station, and only 10 minutes’ walk from Holland Park tube station. The famous Portobello Road is just 10 minutes away and Westfield Shopping Centre can be reach by tube, bus or on foot in a total of about 20 minutes. A taxi to Westfield takes less than 10 minutes.

There are various grocery stores, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk to the townhouse as well as various bus routes.

The property also has fast fibre WIFI and google nest boosters on each floor to ensure a good signal throughout.

Ground floor
The property is accessed via ground level through a private front courtyard to the front door. The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen/diner, and a spacious living room/lounge area that leads to a private rear garden. There is also a washroom/loo on the ground floor.

The kitchen has everything you need for up to 10 people with a large fridge/freezer, integrated washer and Smeg dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and large gas range cooker, with double electric oven. There is a Bosch tassimo coffee maker, American filter coffee maker, French press and kettle. There is also a washing machine and vented tumble dryer. The kitchen also has a loveseat sofa - perfect for keeping the chef/s company!

The living room includes an extra-long sofa, two armchairs, day bed which is a sofa during the day, and converts to 2 single beds or a full height king sized bed when needed, coffee table, new 55" Smart TV with all the apps (bring your own login details). There is also a DVD player and WI-FI. The dining table seats 10 comfortably.

The back garden is accessed through the living room and is very private. It has a garden bench and a round rattan table with 6 chairs; but further chairs are available.

1st floor
On the next/1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, both ensuite with showers. Bedroom 1 (15’ x 11'8) has a king-sized bed, and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 which is similarly sized (12’8 x 11’8) has a double bed, and also has a full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Our lovely roof terrace overlooking the rear garden and the Close is accessed through Bedroom 2. The roof terrace has a sofa/conversation set.

Top/2nd floor
Bedroom 3 (16’6 x 11’8) is on the top floor and has a super-king sized bed and extra long sofa. It has also has a full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

There are also two single double height electric airbeds that can be moved where needed.

All of the bedrooms have dressing tables/desks and chair and there is fibre optic wi-fi - great if you have to login to school or work.

Children are most welcome and there is a child's travel cot which will easily fit in any of the bedrooms. There is also a high chair and plastic dishes/cutlery. There are walk-in showers in each of the 3 ensuite bathrooms and although there is no bathtub, we have a baby/toddler bath which easily fits and can be used in any of the showers.

The house sleeps 8 as shown, but the additional two are on the two double-height single electric airbeds, that can be moved around to where they are needed. Any of the rooms would easily accommodate a child on an airbed, or in a travel cot. Bedroom 3 also has an extra long and wide sofa that could be used for sleeping. Please let us know in advance if this is your intention so we can ensure that additional bedding is provided.

Other things to note – as the showers are located up a flight of stairs, it would not be suitable for those with restricted mobility, although there is a ground floor bedroom and washroom/loo on the main living area.

Please also note that this is a non-smoking property and hen, stag and other large parties are not permitted.
