The apartment was very well equipped - we used the kitchen and had everything we needed. It is also close to 2 small grocery shops and the market too. There was a washing machine and dishwasher--- quite a nice set up for an even longer stay really - Ample closet space, good lights for reading in bed. Nice TV. Fantastic location for being in the centre of things.
The online registration system was a bit complicated for me, but when I wrote to the host he took care of it. We needed internet connection to access the codes, but I had to go outside as there was no cell reception for me in front of the door. I wrote the code down, so it wasn't an issue in the future - and it wasn't a big deal - it's an old building with very thick walls! :)
The apartment has new windows which keep out a HUGE amount of noise - however I did find that on Saturday night the noise from the pub bothered me a little. My husband slept through it ---

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Herzen der Altstadt in einem historischem Gebäude. Zwar nicht riesige Räume, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl sich neben der Wohnung zwei Bars befinden war es sehr ruhig. Zugang erfolgte per Internet key, was ein bißchen schwierig war, da die mobile Netzabdeckung in den dicken Mauern der Altstadt schwach war. Aber der Gastgeber hatte bereits angekündigt, dass er zur Verfügung steht, falls der Zugang nicht klappt.
Die Räume sind sehr dunkel, was bei längerem Aufenthalt vielleicht gestört hätte. Andererseits im Sommer natürlich von Vorteil, da Wohnung kühl bleibt. Irgendwo brummte ein Gerät (Klimaanlage vor dem Küchengeräte?), was beim schlafen auf dem Schlafsofa störte, da keine Tür zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer.

Apartamento bem localizado no centro de Chiavari (apesar de não ser próximo da praia esta está a ~10min a pé). Localizado no centro histórico perto de restaurantes e cafés.
Bem equipado e muito confortável. Excelente comunicação com o anfitrião.
Totalmente recomendado a quem queria fazer deste local a base na sua visita a Riviera Italiana (Liguria).
Nada a apontar.
