Die Größe und Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zum Meer.
Eine der beiden Duschen war nicht nutzbar.

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Nur 300 m bis zur Fußgängerzone. Bäckerei um die Ecke.
Auf dem Balkon kann man zu viert essen. Raumangebot ist großzügig. Küche ist auch gut.
Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist etwas heikel. Nichts für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge. Musste rückwärts in die Garage Fahren.
Der Stellplatz ist auch sehr eng. Habe dann auf der Straße gegen Bezahlung geparkt. ( Ford Focus 4,60 m lang )

Ottima la posizione molto vicina al centro e al mare. Importantissima la disponibilità di un posto auto.
Un lavandino non funzionante e un bidet non utilizzabile. Mancanza dell'aria condizionata, comunque non menzionata.

It was in a good location near all the prime spots in Chiavari
The way this property is managed needs to be improved. When I checked in the host was late and when I checked out I had to contact a separate person to checkout who never replied to my questions about how to checkout they never replied . The morning I had to checkout another random person messaged me about checkout and when I told them I had to checkout at 7:45 to Caci my train they didn’t answer my message and arrived late as well…
