It is so spacious and has everything one could need for a touristic or vacational stay. Cleanliness is really a standard here. 2 bathrooms make it amazingly comfortable. The views directly to the sea are simply stunning.

The view is breathtaking. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one needs. The shower is clean and the water pressure good, not always a given in Italy. Easy, short walking distance to train station, market, town center, beach, etc etc. Chiavari is an amazing town and Casa Erica is the perfect place to enjoy it from.
The sofa bed was a bit squeaky. 😆
