The property was spacious, clean and very homely, it had lots of welcoming little things such as flowers,cushions,throws, even down to games/colouring for children, very thoughtful

Probably the best caravan I have ever stayed in! Spacious, clean and comfortable and included everything you could need for your stay. Set in a quiet area of the park so very relaxing atmosphere. Dog friendly too!
We didn't bother with guest passes but there was plenty to do - a short walk to Tattershall and about 35 minute walk into Coningsby for cafes, pubs and attractions. Also we drove 15 minutes to Woodhall Spa to use the Jubilee pool (the onsite lido was fully booked during our stay and needed passes). We also managed to book activities on Jet Ski Lake - fun but a bit expensive.
Nothing to do with the caravan itself but the cost of guest passes was rather high.
